Once you have sent the contact form, the data you have provided will be processed by the data privacy officer of QBEX - Quality By Experts, info@qbex.at, for the purposes of handling your request upon the basis of the implied consent you have given by sending the form. This data will also be processed in order to provide direct advertising, consistent with the original processing purpose as well as the same legal foundation until such point as your consent is revoked. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide personally identifiable data. Failure to do so will merely mean that either you are unable to send your request or we are unable to process it. Your data will not be shared with other recipients.

You have the right to revoke any and all permission you have previously given for the processing of your personally identifiable data. This in no way affects the legality of any personally identifiable data having been collected up to the point when you revoked your permission.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personally identifiable data for direct advertising purposes. If you express such an objection, your personally identifiable data will no longer be used for the purposes of direct advertising.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate oversight authorities (Austrian Data Protection Office, Wickenburggasse 8, 1010 Wien, dsb@dsb.gv.at).
